ITS Niedersachsen is a recognised network of competence of mobility, navigation and intelligent transport systems. It is supported by more than 100 members from business, academia and politics. The initiation and implementation of R&D projects and conferences are the main fields of activity of the neighbour of the Braunschweig Research Airport.
Within IKTS ITS Niedersachsen leads the professional exchange between the e-mobility showcase regions and the forum electric mobility. Discussions are conducted to exchange information at EU level, in particular with DG Move and DG CONNECT and with partners from the development of the pan-European eCall in order to ensure the sustainability and international standards. Standards and processes should be introduced across domains in order to avoid multiple developments.
